- Step3- Focus on breathing- Once the mind is focused for meditation the next step to attain yogic meditation is to concentrate on breath. By closing the eyes and focusing only on the center of the forehead, inhale and exhale and feel the air inside the body.
- Step 4- Make no movement of the body- While performing breathing during meditation the body should not move. The energy must be secured as more energy is centralized will help the body perform meditation for longer durations. Make the body stable and constant and think about nothing.
